Burt-Burnett, Inc. has been in business since 1988 serving the Arizona market. We specialize in providing timely and reliable mechanical service as well as comprehensive preventive maintenance programs. Our preventive maintenance programs are tailored to suit each building's individual needs and custom designed to reduce both utility and repair costs, while maintaining maximum occupant comfort.

Burt-Burnett, Inc. focuses solely on commercial, institutional and industrial properties. Facilities we currently service include numerous class "A" office buildings, manufacturing facilities, multi-family housing and schools. We are familiar with many different kinds of mechanical systems, ranging from cooling towers, chiller plants, boilers and water-source heat pumps to packaged and split-system heating and air conditioning systems.

Because of our technical competence and ability to respond, we are the contractor of choice for several "mission critical" facilities. We have technicians available for emergency service calls 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
